Most properties will have some sort of security feature in place such as key fobs, cameras or security guards. Most property owners will go with security cameras. Having security cameras is good but it’s simply not enough. The thing is, once a crime takes place on your property, sure, legal action can be taken against the perpetrator(s) if they are able to be identified. However, when the damage is done, it's done. The camera may have caught the act, but it didn't, nor could it have, stopped it from happening.

That's one major advantage a security officer has over a security camera. If a security officer sees any threats, they can suppress them immediately. They can investigate anomalies, secure perimeters and create a visual deterrent that is unmatched by modern technology. The deterrent factor alone is worth it.
